  • Respect: for self, teammates, faculty, officials, parents
  • Unselfishness: in all aspects of life
Plymouth State College competes in the very challanging ECAC Northeast league. PSC has a tradition of winning hockey for more than 20 years. The Panthers are a strong defensive team under head ice hockey coach Mike Bonelli. The squad consists of 27 players. They carry 4 goalies, 8 D and 16 forwards. The 2000 class will graduate 7 players from this year's team, 4 forwards and 3 D. Our team colors are green and white. Team nickname is the "Panthers".
The Panthers are always involved in many community outreach programs. They give their players the opportunity to get to know each other as well as meet the "locals" and supporters of Panther Hockey. As well, the team encourages incoming players to attend at least one of the many school "meet and greets" to introduce themselves to others outside the hockey community.

Plymouth is in central New Hampshire, within easy driving distance of ski areas, large and small cities, the Atlantic Ocean, pristine wilderness-and for most students in the New England area - home. PSC is less than an hour from Manchester airport and within a short distance of many malls and shopping centers in tax free New Hampshire.
Full days. Fun times. Good friends. Their 170 acre mountain side campus overlooks the Pemigewasset River and the Main Street shops of downtown Plymouth, New Hampshire - a friendly New England community that merited the seventh-place ranking in the recent book, "The 100 Best Small Towns of America". Bring your hiking shoes along with your skates, skis, a swim suit, and a Red Sox hat. Just north of Plymouth, you can hike the 770,000-acre White Mountain National Forest. Five major ski areas are minutes away, great for Mom and Dad visiting for games. Lake Winnipesaukee, the state's largest lake, is half an hour from campus.
