As players, we should all know that the days of showing up to camp without having committed and executed a rigorous summer off-ice training program are gone. There are too many players from all over the world that are too hungry to not be preparing for each and every season throughout the summer. Game ready has been designed to help you in all facets of off-ice training, from weightlifting to plyometrics, and even mental preparation. There are all sorts of techniques and formulas for preparing for your upcoming season.
