Train with Intent

We're strong believers in the outlook that if you're going to compete, then do so to win and to be the best that you can. Don't be satisfied with simply participating. The same goes for approaching your summer training programs. Training in the summer takes dedication, sacrifice, and a healthy level of commitment. Without the proper focus when it comes to approaching the daily routine of training, you're just spinning your wheels.

Here's a few tips to help you get the most out of your summer training programs:
  • Be physically ready to perform, that means sleeping and eating properly
  • Approach it as you would a game, be the best you can on that given day
  • Push yourself, training on your own, you have to be able to will yourself to go the extra mile
  • Have a plan, know what you want to accomplish and then execute it
  • Set goals, without goals your running a race with no finish line
  • Have fun
We wish you the best of luck with your off-season training, and we look forward to helping you along the way.
